A good wine came from good grapes, picked at its peak of ripeness, with meticulous care, with no heavy loads, enduring the rigors of summer and selecting its entry into winery to produce the product more in line with the type of grape received.

      In our effort to obtain the most quality in the bottling, we are obligated to select the best grapes from our vineyards, to obtain must with the utmost care, to ferment slowly to extract the genuine taste and aroma, to not fatigue with movements, clarification and filtration unnecessary.
